OH MY! This has been a terrible experience. Misrepresentation after misrepresentation. 6/28/2017 I called Jones plumbing and spoke with Linda to request a bid to replumb a small house, one and a half bath, she stated that she would have one of here plumbers call , me to set a visit. 6/30/2017 Bubba (William Noland) came by the house to work up the bid. Bubba seemed to be very knowledgeable, was familiar with what would be needed etc. He obviously had the experience needed. I had several other bids, Bubba’s was not the lowest bid, but based on his knowledge, I agreed to give him the job. He said the job should only take one, maybe two days at the most. 7/3/2017 Bubba showed up at lunch time. I figure I would catch him after lunch, to see what progress was made, discuss work plans etc. He was gone before I could get back. I called Bubba, and he said he would be back the next day to finish. 7/7/2017 I called Bubba again, he said his gout was bad in his foot, he had gone to get some medicine and would be back to finish the following Monday 7/10/2017. 7/10/2017 No Bubba 7/12/2017 I called Bubba and he told me he was too busy and would not be back. I called Linda and Jones Plumbing and asked if she would send someone else to finish. She did not know Bubba had taken the job. She did not know the bid amount – nothing. So I gave her the information. She said she would find someone else to finish. 7/13/2017 Justin called, said he will be here the next day. 7/14/2017 Justin came by, looked over the job and said he would start Monday. 7/17/2017 Justin started today. He finished running the pipe under the house and started on running the pipe to the apartment behind the house. The trench was literally 4 inches deep. I told Justin standard for this area was 12-18 inches deep. He made some calles, then told me he had called one call – before you dig – NOW – and it would be 3 days before he came back. He packed all his stuff, and left. 7/21/2017 One call never came and marked anything and Justin never came back. I called Linda and told her what Justin had told me. She said she would call Justin and find out what was going on. Justin was to call me back and she would follow up to make sure he did. 7/24/2017 No one ever called me back. I called Linda, she told me the same thing she said before. I sit here waiting on a call I don't expect to get. Also, the spare key to the house is now missing. I have not used the key since Justin used the key to open the house the day he started, and now the key is missing, not on the property. Great, now I will have to re-key the house. 7/27/2017 Justin finally called me back, and said, “What’s this about me stealing a key” I said, “The key went missing, I did not say you stole the key. A verbal tirade ensued, I hung up. He calls back, same thing, but added that his attorney was going to sue me and then he hung up. This has gotten completely out of hand and is the most unprofessional situation I have run into.

Pull back the carpet, jack hamming the slab, replaced 10 foot of drain pipe, and inspected the remaining sections of drain pipe with camera.  Repair the slab.

I'm sorry i do not remember the gentleman's name, but he was very service oriented and friendly. he came to my house and immediately got down to business. He took about 35 to 40 minutes to do the job, didn't waste anytime, and finally made sure that all my other appliance, that relied on gas, were up and running.
Didn't know what to expect, but i will definitely call on them again when i need some help.

The technicians were very professional They came promptly within 2 hours. They checked both units inside and out repaired and offered suggestions for better operations for the unit that required the repairs. They were also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Plan to call them back in the fall when it is time to switch to heat.

Called the contractor,in about one hour they arrived and provided me with a estimate,it was the lower of estimates that i had received. I advised the contractor that they could do the work and asked when they would be able to start,they said they would start today. About two hours later they arrived at the site with the needed materials and equipment to do the job,the work was finished later that same day.

I called about my fathers hot water heater. They called me back and I got them on the line with my Dad... There cam out when they said they would and got the job done. Cant say anything bad about these guys... GOOD JOB...

and their prices are GREAT!! As previously stated, he ONLY replaces what NEEDS to be replaced and doesn't tell you that you have to replace your entire heating/cooling unit if the rest of your unit, as was our's, in good working condition! Mr. Jones gets to the root of the problem!! They came out on Tuesday to give us a quote and came back the VERY NEXT day to replace the evaporator coil. Our house hasn't been this cool in years!! They also serviced our unit and cleaned out all of the dust, etc.. They also want to ensure that their work is done properly and to the full satisfaction of their customer...Soon after they had left we heard a vibrating sound coming from the attic thru our vents. When we called to let them know what was going on, they immediately came back to our house and got the problem corrected!! We can't say enough wonderful things about this company and it's employees! We are EXTREMELY pleased with the service they provided!

They were at my house within an hour of my call. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. They pointed out the problem and quoted the repair price as well as what it would cost to replace it. Both prices were very reasonable.
Charles actually talked me out of buying a larger capacity unit. He said that going with too large a size would waste money and could actually cause problems for me down the road. After talking with my wife, we decided to have them come out and replace it with the size he recommended.
They replaced the unit the next morning. They worked studiously to get it done. By the time they left, the house was already cooler than it had ever been with the other A/C, even when it was new!
We did have one installation glitch, but this is where they really came through for us. The existing drain for my air conditioner wasn't able to handle the capacity of this new machine so water filled up in the drip pan later that night. That engaged a safety switch which shut off the compressor. It's a good thing they hooked that up. Otherwise, I'd have had water coming down my walls and a lot of drywall damage to repair.
By the time I called them the next morning, they were already on another job but were back to my house within a few hours. They fixed the problem at no extra charge and now my house has never been so comfortable. The Rheem unit they installed is much better than our old A/C. We used to have hot and cold spots around the house when the A/C was running. Not only has that been corrected but the Rheem can keep up with the heat of the day as well.
These people take pride in what they do and their professionalism is refreshing. Customer service is what they're all about. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work.

The first plumber I called has yet to even return my calls...and I have used him before. He was my parent's plumber. I called Charles Jones Plumbing and they returned my call within 15 minutes. I called them because the drainage from my air conditioner was overflowing a pipe and the water was in my hallway and bedroom. I mentioned to them that I was also having trouble with my washer overflowing the pipes when it empties. My old plumber told me it was because the newer washers empty faster than my old pipes can handle. Well.....my new plumber fixed that too!

Contacted contractor on 5/15/12 to get estimate, contractor showed up in less than 2 hours to look at job,called me back with price in less than 1 hour after looking at job. Advised contractor he had the job and asked when he would be able to start,he advised that if he could get the other utilities in the area located he could start tomorrow. The utilities were located on on 5/16/12 in the afternoon. The contractor contacted me the morning of 5/17/12 advised he would be at job site at noon to start work. Contractor showed up right on time and started work. A crew of 3 men were sent to perform the job. The job required excavation for placement of the new line from 2 ft. to 4 ft deep with some hand work diging required around other utilities to insure safety. The job was completed in approx.5 hours. Contractor was careful not to damage any other existing trees or shrubs and hold sod damage to as littie as possible in the area where the work was being performed. The new sewer line was placed and connections made, The excavation was backfilled and dressed and all debris resulting from the work was cleaned up.

Called at 4:30 PM, he was there before 7 that evening. We had been told the entire unit needed to be replaced, so we wanted a second opinion. He thought the compressor might still be under warranty, so he took the part and called the next day. He came the next day, replaced the part (it was under partial warranty). Original estimate from the first company was $4000, we paid around $200 and the unit is working fine.

After looking around on the internet, we decided that we wanted a Rheem unit. We called a variety of companies, some on this list, and most were pushing Goodman products. We have an older type (R-22) air conditioner, installed in 2002, and the compressor failed on the outside unit. Other companies said the older style of air conditioner was no longer produced, and that not only did we have to replace the outside unit, we had to replace the inside unit as well because of compatability issues. Prices quoted to us ranged from $5,000 to as much as $7,000 for a five ton interior and exterior units. As our interior unit is in the attic, one company also told us that they would have to tear the attic ceiling out, as there was no way they could get the interior unit up in the attic.

I called Mr. Jones, not because he was on Angie's List, but because he sold Rheem units. He informed me that not only could I still get an R-22 exterior unit, but that I did not need to replace the inner coils as all of the other companies insisted that I do. He said that if the inside coil unit was not causing any problems, then there was no reason to replace it at this time. He came to the house promptly, installed the exterior unit, tested it, all the while explaining to me how the units were supposed to be installed and how they were supposed to function. He also stated that the new units were in fact more efficient and would reduce electricity costs, but were also higher maintenance, and the higher maintenance costs would probably be equal to or higher than the savings in electricity costs. The new unit is quieter than the older one, cools the house very efficiently, and does not appear to have increased our electricity costs, even though it is a 4 ton rather than a 5 ton unit that most companies wanted to install. I would recommend Mr. Jones without reservation. By the way, the outside Rheem unit cost us $2,400.
