Byrd & Cook Paint and Decorating

We wanted a stained glass window in our bathroom and they did a great job in the bathroom but they left one wall vacant and we wanted to install a mirror. They got a contractor by the name of Allen Knight and he said he was too busy to do it plus there was a hailstorm. So the designer called me and asked to buy some time. So I waited a month and I called her and she said she has been calling him and he hasn't returned my call. So in 2 weeks time I went down to them and I walked in and I said "Listen stop what you're doing and tell me if you can do it or find somebody else because I want to go forward with my job and get this thing done." So they finally called me and said "Oh thank you for your patience and Mr Knight was out of town and was having bad cellphone reception and was unable to contact us." And that's why it's been delayed. So I asked who is going to put in the last mirror and they said Mr Knight will come and do it and I told them "No way." So it's not finished and I'll find someone else to do it. I want someone to do whatever it is I ask them to do and get out. But if you can't do it just say you can't do it. I will never again do business with Byrd & Cook and I will never do business with Allen Knight.
