John, Robbie and the entire crew all do a fantastic job taking care of any problem that I may have, from entry doors on commercial buildings to garage doors and openers, the job they do and the service that they have provide for over a decade to me cannot be beat.

The receipt the repairman left my wife ( I was at work) was unreadable. I emailed the owner the next day
to ask for a legible copy. Got no reply. I called a few days later and spoke with the manager. "He forgot and would get to it". 5 weeks later,nothing. I called again and basically got cussed out. I hung up. I won't listen to such poor behavior. I am supposed to be the customer and shouldn't have to ask for service 3 times.

"Some people just like to be difficult. I can read his receipt just fine, if it was a problem reading it he should have mentioned it then. His job was done properly in a timely and friendly manner. He was the person that called and threatened me over a receipt. I simply told him not to talk to me like that and have a good day."

On the second visit, they wanted to charge me $85, but I explained they hadn't fixed if properly the first time. The worker called his manager and they took $20 off the cost. I paid them for the screw, then called the office and explained I was not satisfied because I had to pay them again after they didn't fix the issue the first time. The man I spoke with was rude and told me to use someone else if I needed service in the future.

"This is very simple. She had two unrelated issues 4 days apart. It happens sometimes but i can not lose money due to someone elses misfortunes. I did reduce the service call by 20.00 but we can not go out for free. Job was done properly both times..."
