Quite well. They came out the next morning as was informed and not only fixed the problem but offered some suggestions to prevent the problem from recurring. Very professional and did not mind our old dog looking on in the background.

I scheduled my service through their website over a weekend. I received a call the following business. They called before they came and fixed the issue. When it started happening again, Mr. Jimmy came back out and looked over to make sure everything was working properly. We determined a plumber may be needed. They worked around my hectic work schedule and were very professional and helpful! I will definitely use them again.

Very professional, good customer service, repair was done quickly, very nice people.  My husband removed the oven from the cabinet it was built into.  I took it to A1 Appliance one day and picked it up the next day.

I had already researched the issue. I checked the manufacturer's website to find a service repair center in my area. I cross referenced the business with Angie's list. I called to set up an appointment and asked for an estimate before someone came out. The estimate was for roughly $250 and since I already found how much the part was for that did not seem to be too bad. The tech came out and quoted a price that was completely outrageous. The part was twice as much as it was online and he was not sure if I was going to have to pay the service fee again if they sent the tech back to fix the unit plus the labor to do the work if I did not get the work done that day. Well there was no way I was going to have them do any work for me. I am all for someone generating a profit in business but not at my expense. I ordered and installed the part myself. The visit was a complete waste of time and money.

Called to make appointment for A-1 to diagnose the problem. Provided them with model and serial number. Requested 1 hour notice before showing up so that I could take off work and meet them. Al went well. Trey diagnosed problem and make other recommendations, which I took. Had to order parts because the dryer is compact and stacked for condo use. Parts were supposed to be in Thursday and repairs would be made Friday. Stated he would call me either way and let me know. I never heard from him, so I took it the parts did not come in on time. Friday morning he called and said he was ready to meet me to install the parts. I explained to him that I never heard from him and had filled my day with meetings at work. He said he would adjust his schedule, but had to get to it in the afternoon or it would be after Christmas until he could get back to me. I cancelled my appointments and took off work and met him. Repairs seem to go smoothly. After he left, I put a load of clothes in the dryer and it would not spin. Called him, but did not get an answer. Called the company and the owner, Perry, said he would get Trey to call me. Trey called and I explained the issue. He seemed a bit frustrated and told he would not be able to come back until after Christmas. I reminded him I had just spent $333.84 and did not have a working dryer. He said it was covered by warranty and they would fix it, but I would have to wait. I told him if I had to wait, I would cancel payment on the check. He said that A-1 would not send another employee out to fix it because he made the repairs and the company paid him. I told him I didn't care who got paid, I wanted A-1 to make it right. He directed me back to the owner. After talking with the owner, he said someone would be out Monday to fix the problem.

It really is sad the way Trey handled the problem. If he would have made some type of arrangements with me to have someone out first thing Monday morning, this review would have been completely different.

I called A-1 and set up a range of times. The repairman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He came and fixed the refrigerator. It took about 30 -40 minutes from the time he came to the door to the time the repair was completed. He was very nice and very quick.

An overall good experience, would use them again and recommend them for business.

It was a good experience. They showed up on time and gave me an accurate estimate and the price was reasonable. They fixed it right the first time and didn't have to come back. They do a good job and I will have them come back if needed. I would recommend them.

It went well. I waited untill after 5 o'clock, but they didn't give me a time that they would promise, only that it would be that day. The repairman was efficient and had what he needed to complete the repair (I had a hunch that it was the belt and gave them the model number). I felt they were a little pricey; there was a $69.95 service charge and then parts and labor on top of it. Bottom line-I am grateful that they did come on the day promised and I have clean clothes again!

I've been using them for years. They were nice. They came out and explained it all. It was cheaper to buy the new part than buying a new machine, and so we decided to go ahead and fix it. So they did that. They were fine. They've been around for a long time. The price was high but everything's fine. It was probably in line with anything else. I will use their services again in the future. I called them because I can't fix them myself.

Never got my dryer fixed from them...

We first called AHS, only to find that the ice maker was not covered by the policy. We then consulted Angie's lis to find a repair company. A-1 was close to our home so we called them. They arrived actually prior to the est time. The gentleman was neat, profssional and courteous. Fixed the maker in about 10-15min. We were very pleased.

This week when I had a refrigerator malfunction, I attempted to locate a repair service to come to my house that day. The items in the freezer were going soft and the refrigerator items were only mildly cool. I selected four companies from the phone book at random. From these companies, one could not come Thursday when I needed service, the second number had been disconnected, the third rang continuously, and the fourth did not service the Clinton, MS area. I asked them for a reference of someone that could help me. He told me about A1 Appliance. I called them. I received polite and courteous customer service on the phone. They arranged to come to my house almost immediately. The service was very professional. They fixed my problem that morning. From my one dealing with them I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would need their services.
