My mother used his father. So, then I started using him. We have been in Pass Christian for a long time and we are pretty familiar with the people there.

Sonny came and diagnosed the problem and was out of there in pretty short order. As the unit was down 3 # of freon he thinks there may be a leak somewhere. He will schedule a revisit in a couple of months to see if it's down again and take it from there. Both guys in this company are very good at what they do and friendly. Denise, the office worker tries to accomodate your needs and changes their priorities based on your need. They have so much work that it's sometimes hard to get them when you want them

Very professional, and at the same time very home-town. It didn't feel like I was being sold a heat pump; it was more that it felt like I was being advised by an old family friend. It was a difficult choice to go with a competitor's bid, but the combination of a slightly better price for a slightly larger system made the decision for me. But let me stress that I could have easily gone either way. I would not hesitate to call Bourdin's for any other heating and A/C work, and would gladly recommend them to friends or relatives.
