I have a one year contract, they comes out to spray every other month, but if I should see any insects after they have sprayed, they would come back at no extra coast to me.

The service is good. I have a service contract with them. I think they are polite and they send out good techs. They do a quick survey of the property. They just look, and they don't really do anything. I have had termites before and that was years ago. I can't complain anything about the company. They are as punctual as everybody else, you have about a 6 hour window.

Because of too much rain, they couldn't come out when we agreed but they were very nice and continually to update us on when they would be able to come out because of the rain. For the pest control, they were able to do that a week after we signed the agreement. They will come out periodically to check and make sure that things are okay but if we need them before they come out, we can call them and they will come out anytime.

They do good work and we plan on staying with them. The same tech comes out each time and they seem to get good results with the spray.

Prevention and damage. The contractor they used kept calling to reschedule. Costs $179 yearly for prevention and repairs if necessary.

They're very friendly, courteous, and effective. Their rates are as good as or better than their competition (B+ in price). The only problem I have with this specific location is that they don't ever call to let me know when they're coming out, so I'm never able to get the inside of my house sprayed. The other locations I've used have been perfect, though. When they spray, it gets results!

They do good work. B+ overall. They paid for the repairs when we did have some termite problems several years ago. Their normal prices are a bit high, but again, we see results. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions.

On the whole, the company is very good. Some employees are more courteous than others, but in general they're good. I'm on an annual plan and I think the price is reasonable. In any instances where we did have termites they did the repairs very well. They're pretty easy to work with in scheduling their visits, too. I think they're one of the best pest control companies in the area.

An intelligent, nice man came out and did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and thoughtful. Their price keeps going up, but I'm overall satisfied. Their products are effective and I have no need for additional work. The only issue I have is that they sometimes leave short notice about when they'll come out. I'll stay with them, though.
