At first it went great! We got it back fast and it worked for about 24 hours! Brought it back (in February 2013). We waited weeks, then called. We waited months! We had to constantly call him. He NEVER called us. He kept telling us the part was on backorder!! When we would call him, he said it will check on it and get back with us. HE NEVER DID!! Finally, today, July 23, 2013, we went over to the shop and picked up our TV UNREPAIRED!!! He didn't do anything! We called him before we went to his shop to make sure he would be there. When we got there, he was gone. His assistant/secretary was there and had no idea what was going on. We picked up the TV, and left the shop. She didn't say, sorry, goodbye or even acknowledge that we left. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO ANYONE! SAVE YOU MONEY AND JUST BUY A NEW TV!!!

Our 46" Samsung LED TV went off and would not come back on. We checked around and didn't find anyone that would work on it. A friend did some research and ordered a part on-line. We replaced that part and the problem was still there. We then went back on-line and researched further. We ordered the main board. When it came in, it was installed and the problem was still there. We called the friend back and he then recommended Rainey's TV Service. We brought our TV in on Tuesday along with the old board. We received a call on Thursday that the TV was repaired. It was a "power-on" problem. We picked up the TV today and it is working beautifully.
