I have to have internet at home for work. Not having service loses me money, so I want service restored ASAP. I also don't want a big hassle to have restored service. With CableOne it, IS a big hassle. Hours on the phone either waiting or trying to diagnose the problem. I don't get paid to be a cable technician! I explained to them I needed someone to come out and was refused until all possible diagnostic tests were ran - by me! Unfortunately, this is the only option for cable service in my area. This hassle combined with the recent channel line up changes are reason enough to go, but I'm stuck!
