The other 1-star reviews for this company are exactly right. I wish I had seen these other reviews before taking my car wife’s car to them. I took my wife’s windshield in to be replaced. They replaced the windshield, and the first day it was out in the sun it cracked. I took it back in the owner, Ronnie Cannon, and he looked at it, and said it was nicked. We had not taken the car anywhere, and there was no nick in the glass. Either they did a bad job installing the windshield or the windshield was defective. In any case, they wouldn’t warranty any of their work, and did nothing. They weren’t even hospitable when I tried to raise the issue with them. I hope other people see this review, and know to avoid this business.

I brought my car to the Windshield Magician in Oxford, MS for a windshield replacement and left with many problems. I tried voicing these complaints with the owner, but he wouldn’t take me seriously and was condescending. The owner placed blame on me saying I’d wrecked the car in the past, but I never have. I'm the first owner of the car. He then blamed my car’s age. I assured him that damage of this extent is not age-related. He then asked what I did for a living. I told him I was a Mechanical Engineer for the Army, and he then claimed I was a perfectionist. Another customer was outside, and the owner walks over to finish his vehicle while laughing and talking about my situation. He tried to glue clipped trim pieces to my BMW to make them lie flat. His shop bent them. He then tells me to buy the parts (which aren't cheap), and then they'd reinstall them. Their installation caused this. The bottom line is: I paid $700 for the original manufacturer’s glass, a professional installation, and installation of seal mouldings. I received the exact opposite. There is no quality control here. After sending images to the dealership, BMW is estimating the damages to be $2000. I’m taking my car to the dealership for an evaluation of just what was done for a definitive estimate next week. Regarding the owner's excuse of the vehicle's age, I called Roadshow BMW and spoke with their windshield specialists as well as Safelite's. Both companies agreed age is not related to the damages that were caused, but improper training and negligence is. I emailed Oxford Glass outlining the damages and images asking for them to make things right, but they haven’t responded. Therefore, I’m posting this. When you hire a professional, you deserve a professional service. Based on services rendered, this isn’t it. Drive two hours in the opposite direction if you have to.

Windshield magician's job was to measure, make, and install 8 large  glass panels in two gable windows in my home. They installed them, but everyone of the panels leaked when it rained. Leaked to the point it ran profusely down the walls inside the house flooding the floor. Windshield magician would not  respond to my repeated calls to come fix their mess. They said it wasn't their fault and that was it. They have no business integrity, and will have to sue them to get remedy. It will cost me 2000.00 to have their mess fixed. They do not stand behind their work and my experience with them was that they don't care.  I would not use them under any circumstances for anything.
