Unethical, fraudulent repair men and business operators. They did not come prepared to diagnosis an issue on two separate trips. Technician could not locate a leak and then sent a bill for services not performed without resolving a problem. I had to bring a second company out that get another opinion and they found the leak within seconds. I called the office to dispute the charge and the lady said she would talk to office manager and call me back... told me not to pay anything until she talked with him... then they send it to collections. FRAUD

In extremely hot weather they were able to get by same when they could only promise next day service. Was thankful for their dedication.

Two workers came out and they were great. That is why we have used them. I have use them for over 20 years. They left the area clean.

The professionalism, promptness, work ethic, and honesty were great.  I called them on a Wednesday asking them to come over and take a look at two malfunctioning heating/AC units to get an estimate.  The Gentleman who came out was able to identify the problems immediately because he knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the problems quickly and competently, and the entire process cost less than I was anticipating paying for the diagnostic!  Both units are working fine - in the process of rehabbing this house, they were the ONLY contractor who has come promptly, performed the job efficiently, and charged a reasonable amount.  I will definitely use them again in the future if any further issues come up.

Bought unit from walker 6 years ago. He gave me a 10 yr warranty. Unit stop functioning in March. They came out the next morning found problems with the compressor. Had unit functioning until they return with new compressor 2 days later. When they left it was working great and all covered under there warranty. Excellent work and attitude

My wife was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.  It was a scorching hot day in mid 90's and our unit was in the attic.  It took three men to raise the unit and they were all covered with sweat and insulation when finished.  The drain pan is now clear of water, the unit is properly raised and the drain has more of a slope to it but I fear the problem was not solved.  The drain pipe still lays flat on a the attic floor.  I will monitor the situation.
The workers picked up their mess for the most part, though I did see some PVC pieces laying in the insulation.  Overall I was pleased and would use them again.  I called at 9 am and they were at the house by 1 pm.  They were finish around 4:30 pm.  I did not receive a bill (it would be mailed to me) but the employee said it would be approx $130.  Can't beat that if it is true.  I spent an entire Sunday trying to fix the drain and was miserable and failed to fix the problem, so to have 3 guys spend over 2 hours fixing it for $130 is great relief.  I will update if the bill is much more than anticipated.

I called in the early afternoon on a Saturday and was informed there would be an additional cost for weekend service, which I said would be fine.  The technician arrived ~20 minutes later and diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes.  After replacing the capacitor, he waited to ensure the unit was cooling and then tested my freon level.
Having recently purchased my first home, I asked him a few of questions related to regular care and maintenance, and he answered all of my questions and provided me with lots of information.  From placing the call to the end of the job was about an hour.
I was very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely use them again.

Service was good and tech was extremely professional. Called at 8 AM and tech arrived shortly after 1 PM. Thought that the amount charged was very high considering only being on property for 30 minutes. Found out after the fact it was a $60 charge just to come out.

Walker installed an upstairs heating and AC unit to replace one that was nearly 20 years old, noisy, and leaked coolant at an alarming rate. Service and installation went as scheduled, and the installation team was friendly and professional. There was a bit of a disconnect between a service/sales rep from an earlier service visit for the old unit (add coolant) and the different rep for the new installation - I had to provide a lot of information a second time.
 I was a little disappointed that the installation team did not have the ability (or the inclination) to install the new, wider coolant tubing through the existing route, widening holes as needed. Instead, the new tubing and insulation goes up the outside of the house and into the attic, which is unsightly. I hope to come up with a better solution in the future.
In all, the new unit works well - the variable speed fan makes a big difference in the noise level when the unit is running, and our upstairs has been cool and comfortable for nearly a year.

They were able to accomodate me quickly when I called.  They kept thier appointment time - very prompt.  Professional demeanor when they arrived.  Took some time to troubleshoot the upstairs unit but were able to get everything up and running. Further repairs were are needed long term, but that is for our landlord to decide as they were very expensive options.  Overall very good service.  Shop followed-up with emailed quotes, etc. I thought everything was expensive, but then again I have not been direclty involved in repairs before, because we have always been renters.  I would recommend Walker based on service.

The service was good.  Workers were courteous, professional, responsive, and quick.  They made minor repairs to a 20+ year old furnace unit.  At our request, they also quoted the cost of a new furnace.  We ultimately did not select Walker to install a new furnace based on cost.  They submitted bids with three different furnace units.  Their labor rates were reasonable if slightly higher than the competing bids.  All three units quoted by Walker were very expensive.  The units had very nice features, but we did not want or need them.
For service, I would not hesitate to contact Walker again.  For installation, the furnaces they offered had very sophisticated computer controls to the furnace.  There is a price to those computer controls that we were not willing to pay.

Initially they were already booked for the day I needed, (this is a weekend house) but added me first on the soonest day we could. When I checked closer to time, to confirm, expecting to remake the appointment, I was on the list as promised. In the interim, my mailbox had been knocked down. I did not know how to rehang that, while I was examining the mailbox, figuring out my next move, the men from Walker Electric hung it for me! In a few minutes it was up! I cannot say how much that meant to me! I will always use Walker Electric for my electric needs in Oxford MS!

They sent one person out and he said there was nothing wrong; then they sent a second person who told me the unit needed to be cleaned. They were super honest in telling me the issue was just dust and was no big deal. The service call was included in total price and I will use them again in the future.
