Tramco

The project went very well, and we are very pleased with the final product. A large master bathroom and office were added on to the master bedroom. The current master bath was flipped around, so there was a second bathroom for the children. Kitchen cabinets were repainted in the process as well. The only hiccup was the plumber used. We had to eventually find our own because the regular one Tramco uses was delaying the project by not showing up at times.

A stress free experience. I bought the paint and they secured a lift from a local rental store and did the work. It was a relatively small job. The quality of the work was first class.

Tramco did a very professional job on my home. At my request, Tramco used Sherwin Williams Duration paint. The job was in some respects difficult given configuration of home but they rented a 45 foot lift to stay off metal roof and paint upper gables. Any concerns immediately taken care of, and the owner Terry Tramel has very high standards and personally inspected the work twice daily and at the end of the job. Without my request, additional areas were repainted as directed by Terry to ensure a top quality job. I contacted other local contractors and they didn't want to fool with lift and rather wanted to put ladders on my metal roof, but Tramco agreed best to use lift. I have high standards, and this is the firm I will use in the future.

I live in Washington DC and couldn't be there to supervise the work. Terry was very responsible about completing the tasks on his own an rescuing us from a botched roofing job. i wish my father had known about him in the first place.

It was slow going for them, I am thrilled with the results.

The job got more extensive as we got into it but the work done was spectacular. Many, many difficult issues had to be faced but we were presented with choices at every step and the results always exceeded out expectations.

I live in a very old house with many problems. They came in and quickly finished the job and overcame a problem we have had making paint stick to the old calcimine plaster ceilings.

It was a totally wonderful experience. I started out by describing the look and feel that I wanted in the new space, he would even remind me at times that items that I wanted in the room did not match the look and feel that I wanted. The work was done so beautifully that I began to call him the Michelangelo of builders. Everything is finished so completely, with good taste and at an incredible skill level. Many of my friends hired Terry as soon as they saw the work that he did. Since our house is almost 100 years old, we have had many people work on it over the years. We will never have anyone but this group work on if from now on. He can figure out how to do anything and will not start until he is sure how it ought to be done - very important when you tackle an old house. His work ethic is superior. At every point in time you will know where you stand on the job. When you get an invoice, you know exactly where your money went. He is very responsive to change orders and is willing to discuss their impact on the final goal as well as on the budget.

He did an amazing job at a fantastic price. The man can do anything, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hard wood flooring, ceramic tile, roofing and he is a fantasic painter. He is your one stop shop for home improvement. His moto is "No job is too small
