Arrived when promised and completed task within 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous.

Contacted ownder who scheduled a time, didn't have to wait long, a couple of days which was O.K. since this was not an emergency situation.
Sent two of his young men out on time, friendly, and very competent, licensed. Analyzed the problem and made some suggestions including getting a new light fixture as long as they were up there fixing the problem. Clear communication about my choices. They needed an additional part so on the way back they picked up a new light fixture at Home Depot.

Arrived as schedule. Job took approximately one and a half hours. Work was excellent since a sheet-rock wall had to be cut into in order to change out the water value and remove old drain and install a new drain. Clean up was excellent and no follow up necessary. Will utilize again.

As my son was showering for school, the faucet diverter blew open, causing an unstoppable jet of hot water to stream across the tub. I called Mr. Parker, who came swiftly and began work immediately, assuring us that we'd be "back in business" in no time at all. He worked very swiftly in disassembling the defective parts and replacing them with the new. True to his word, in no time at all it was good as new. He left the work area clean as a whistle. Mr. Parker is our "go to guy" for plumbing and electrical needs. A good, honest man who really knows his trade.

Our old wiring to 1) a lighted ceiling fan and 2) two recessed lights was shorting out. All of this was on a high vaulted ceiling. Mr. Parker had been recommended to us by a contractor friend before (plumbing on that occasion), and we were very satisfied with him, so we called him for this problem. He came very promptly and he and his assistant went straight to work. They are very friendly, professional individuals. The wiring they found was a mess. Someone had mixed up the original wiring, and fire hazards abounded (bare wires all over)! They straightened out what looked to be an unsolvable mess as they explained in detail what had to be done and why they were doing it. After the job was done ( for a very reasonable price), I showed them our old exhaust fans which were on their last legs and asked Mr. Parker to replace them. He suggested that, since the fan frames were in fine condition, I should just replace the motors, saving me a good bit of money. He did so, and they run silently and efficiently. He didn't just fix our initial problems, he probably saved us from a fire..or worse. I will absolutely hire him again, and urge members to do the same. Mr Parker is a skilled, honest man, with integrity to spare!

He is honest, reliable, and professional. He also is good to let me do part of the work when that will save me money.
