+ -1 moreAfter another vendor was a "no-show", Oxford Heating & Cooling was the second vendor we called to look at our central air which was not working. The person who answered the phone took down the information and told us that she would "put us on the list". We were never contacted and never received service.
Description of Work: This company did not keep their appointment for a service call on a central air conditioning problem.
