Their service is always great. I dropped my car off, and they took me to work. They picked me up when it was done. They do a warranty rotate on my tires even though I did not buy them there. My car is new.

The tire replacement was a bit of a wait. I made sure we were there early and yet we still had to leave it for over 5 hours. They were very nice and yet I just think they are so busy every day that it's always a wait.

Months earlier they patched a tire for me. I went later in the day and the wait was much less. Only about an hour.

My car is a 2012 Camry SE. The tire that was already on my car was very expensive. The man that helped me at Gateway told me I could use any tire of the same speed and size qualifications. He then referred me to a different tire. I was mainly concerned with the different tire messing up my car because it is front wheel drive. He told me there was nothing to worry about, but if it really concerns me, they can put the new and different tire on the back instead of the front. They didn't have the tire in stock so they had to order it. The next day, Friday, I brought my car in at 11 and they had it done when I got back from my class at Ole Miss. They were very sweet and very helpful. I would definitely bring my car back to them for any future tire problems.

I took the car in to have the alignment performed after purchasing tires from the provider approximately 3 months prior after noticing that the car was pulling to the right and that there was uneven wear already showing. I assumed that my spouse or me had perhaps hit a pot hole too hard or something similar. Note that I had an alignment performed at that time of original tire purchase. After waiting two hours (no complaints) they said the alignment was completed, that the tires had been out of alignment and that they were able to get everything back in spec. Sure enough there was no pulling when I tested it. After 3 more months of driving the pulling to the right had returned and the uneven wear was showing again (the tires were also rotated at the time of alignment). Needless to say I was frustrated, because this indicates that there is a systemic problem with the car. In an attempt to curtail the rate of uneven wear I then proceeded to rotate the tires again at home. When I attempted to loosen the wheel nuts on the right side front tire, on of them seized and broke the bolt. This happened on a second bolt. Therefore, the bolts had been over tightened by the tech. I took the car to be repaired by someone else rather than take it back. The reason is that I have reduced faith in Gateway at this time. They should have noticed that there is a fundamental camber problem (later diagnosed) with the car that cannot be correct by simple "alignment" instead of just charging me.

I had a flat tire and after putting the spare on, I drove it to Gateway. They said it might take up to two hours if I wanted to wait, so I did. After 55 minutes they said it was ready. I asked how much it cost and (although I have not bought tires there before) they said there was no charge at all - just to consider them when I needed to buy tires.
