Comer was the lowest bidder. Comer discussed different options for furnaces and recommended a lower priced option based on our needs. My own research on the internet, with Consumer Reports, and talking to family with a new furnace matched Comer's recommendation.
There was a small delay in ordering parts (due to Thanksgiving). Comer stayed in touch with us while we waited for parts. In spite of an awkward furnace location, installation went smoothly and quickly. The furnace operated all winter with no issues.
We found Comer on the Mississippi Better Business Bureau website. They have an A rating with the BBB.
