Unique Home Creations

Unique Home Creations is a class act. First off, the owner, Casey showed up promptly when we were scheduled to give the estimate. His estimate was inline with and in some cases slightly lower than other services. We were able to schedule the install when it was convenient for us and not be forced to conform to their schedule. The workers were very courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. This is important to us. The demolition involved removing quite a bit of tile flooring and alot of dust was created. Casey's team carefully hung plastic to prevent spread of dust throughout the house. Unfortunately, I failed to turn off the downstairs furnace and the return vent happened to be in the same hallway that the demolition was taking place. It did not take long for dust to spread quickly thoughout the house when the furnace kicked on. This was my fault yet, Casey's crew realized the situation and promptly secured the downstairs unit and the breach was stopped with only a thin layer of dust accumulating in the non demo rooms downstairs.
They completed the job on time and within budget!!! The only recall item was a small (less than 12 inches) piece of trim that was missed on inspection. All of us missed it on walk through! When we did notice it Casey had his foreman there the next day and completed the job within minutes and even caulked and touched up an adjacent area while he was there!!!
I will definitely use Unique Home Creations again!!! Very happy with the job!

Everything went well and as planned other than a couple of times his suppliers did not have everything or not enough of it, but his group moved onto something else. Very dependable and honest. I highly recommend Casey and his company and will use again in the future when something else needs updating.

He used the architectural style of shingles which I guess stand up better than the regular ones. He did a real nice job. We were quite happy. We haven't seen any leaks so it must have worked. He cleaned up everything. He did exactly what he said he was going to do which I was quite happy with.

The owner is Casey Walters. There is anything he doesn't do pertaining to the house. The customer service is unparalled. His price is usually midrange with other contractors. His attention to detail is better than others. His subcontractors take extreme pride in their work. If there are issues that pop up that is not in the contract, he will bring it to your attention, but not do high pressure sales.
