New Day Overhead Doors

They had to order it. They were there a couple of hours.

It went great. Repair person came out within an hour and on time. He was very personable. I made suggestions that perhaps some of the tracks should be replaced. He said that that would probably not be necessary.. and it was not. He gave me a high price and a minimal price before he started. It ended up being the low price. The repair was professionally done and fast.

I called John because one of the springs on my door was broken. He came the same day I called to inspect. After further review, he notice that my garage door itself had some issues. I went ahead and decided to replace it all. I am glad I did!! The new motor is SOOO much quieter than the old one! John came the next day to install everything and got it done in 5-6 hours. I am super happy with A New Day door! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their door replaced or fixed!

We ordered New Day and set a specific date for installation. He came out to our home on the set date and time. Completed in a timely with a professional attitude we received our new door. They have great products at competitive prices, We would use them again and recommend them to any person who would like a great deal.

They have good customer focus. They responded when I needed them to come back and focused on what I needed them to do.

So I checked with New Day Overhead Doors and Owner, John Sanford said he could get me a professional Liftmaster, 2 remotes and the garage keypad for $350.00 installed. And he could do it the next morning and would also connect it to my car. I quickly decided that was the best deal. (By the way,I did check with Lowes and their price was about the same for a lesser quality opener and they could not install in until 10 days out). i am so glad I went with John. Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and had it done within an hour. and I got a very high quality garage door opener. He puts in a higher quality than one can purchase from a local retailer. Then I got a quick orientation on how it all works together. I even had the yellow ball that hangs from the garage ceiling that hits the windshield when you are parked in the right spot--and he cheerfully installed that for me as well. I am extremely pleased with his service, his knowledge and recommend him highly for anyone with garage door issues. Oh, by the way, he checked my door and lubricated it while he was here. Very through, very efficient, and highly qualified. And priced right!

I called New Day Overhead Doors to install a keyless entry pad for my garage door. After answering a few questions regarding my existing garage door, they were able to schedule a time within a couple days for the installation.  Technician arrived at specified time (actually he arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled) and installed the keyless entry unit within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and arrived with all the equipment needed for the installation.  In this day and age it doesn't seem that service calls take into account the customer's time as being important, so it was very refreshing to have someone actually show up within the timeframe that they are scheduled and in this case early.  Thank you New Day for a great job.
