I called Morgan's based on Angie's List reviews and that they were local to Olive Branch.  I had a good feeling when the lady answered the phone, seemed familiar with the problem as I described it, and was able to get the service appointment scheduled quickly.
Two men came and it seemed as though the extreme cold snap that we were having impaired their interest in doing the work.  They both also spent a lot of time on their phones.
BUT - the bad news is that they said they repaired one of tow garage doors and it did not work when I checked it later in the day.  The second of the garage doors was a real disaster in their hands waiting to happen with sparks and smoke at the motor.  They said it may need parts or a while new motor but not to use it until they checked on it.  They also did not have any rubber trim to replace the piece on the bottom of the door but they said they could get it.
Never heard back from them but now both doors are still out of order!  After a couple of days went past, I called the lady and she seemed to be at a loss at what to tell me bit she said she would check on it - she was of the opinion that we were probably looking at a new motor.  I've not heard back from her.
In the interim, I decided to do what I should have done in the first place.  Both doors are powered by the  OVERHEAD DOOR brand, so I called them and they were quick to reply with a technician who knew his stuff and - within an hour - he had both doors operating wonderfully - including 3 remote units and remote units in both cars!  Several days later he returned with the rubber strip for the bottom of one of the doors.
I am glad that I have not gotten a bill from Morgan's because I would really have a hard time paying it.

The man that came was very knowledgeable and professional.  He did not try to oversell us.  I would use him again.

Replaced and serviced the parts . Punctual and On time service; Serviceman bit over charged than the owner agreed.

Ms Morgan came out same day we called, assessed the situation, gave an estimate onsite. We agreed and the repairmen were here that afternoon just as she said they would be. Replace the spring and serviced the door (it is quieter now).

The service man was efficient, and was done in less than 30 minutes, and the price was less than I had expected. He did arrive about25 - 30 minutes after the time range set for the original appointment.

They came right our after I called them and fixed it. They are wonderful.

Everything was completed perfectly.

It was outstanding. They were courteous from my original phone call to the completiion of the job. They even charged me less than what was quoted which was reasonable itself. I definitely recommend this company to others.

The repair man arrived in less than an hour and had the spring replaced in 20 minutes. He was very professional and said that the spring normally lasts for 5 to 6 years, ours was installed 11 years ago. I will be happy to recomend Morgan Door to everyone I was told by a neighbor that I should expect the job to be about $400, so I was more than happy to see the charge was so much less than I had been told to expect. I guess my neighbor called the wrong company.
