I will not hire liars and false promise makers. Couldn't get the job done they promised so they make it out to be someone elses fault and problem. Still need a new roof.

Ken came to my door suggesting i should file a claim with my insurance company due to the wind and storm damage that has been done to my roof. Even suggested I wouldn't have to pay a deductible if they told the insurance company there was water damage and mold. Eric told me the same story, that he'd get me a new roof. Met with the insurance company and they only want to pay for half the roof, and now Eric suggests I should be the one doing the leg work to get a new roof. Total change of story...

I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience with one of our reps who is no longer with us. We do our best to get your insurance company to pay for a full replacement but it seems that the insurance company wanted to just pay for half. Paying for half is a significant amount of money to help you get the repairs done to your roof that need to be taken care of. Please contact my cell directly if you would like us to help you any further. But I don't feel like we deserve an F rating. We didn't perform any work on your home, we helped you get the insurance to pay for 50% of your roof. The outcome certainly wasn't ideal but I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction. They did a fantastic job. My wife was concerned about her plants and flowers in her flower bed being trampled and roofing nails and pieces of shingles left in the yard. They cleaned up everything andcwe didn't lose want plant or flower! They did such a good job, my son his having his roof replaced next week!

need two layers of shingles remove, rotten wood replaced, new ceiling in our bedroom plus the bedroom needed to be painted and new carpet replaced - all from a leaking roof that we had already had 3 roofers out to fix!

Kim Kreunen and his team provided us with a roof on our new house that's under construction. We had used Kreunen Construction in the past to build an addition to our current home and then a new roof due to storm/wind damage. Working with Kim and his crew has been nothing but a great experience. The knowledge, courtesy, attention to detail, and superior workmanship Kim and his team demonstrated surpassed anything we'd experienced before. When it came to the new home, we did not hesitate in deciding who to call for our roofing needs. The professionalism of this company gave us the assurance that the work would be done in a timely fashion; as well as, done right. Kim is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy- all qualities we were looking for in someone to do roofing and other work on our home. We will, without a second thought, use Kreunen Construction for any of our future roofing or construction needs.

We had a low level non-tornado come through the neighborhood and killed everybody's roof. Very high winds. It didn't do too much to our roof, it damaged some shingles I had but the roof I had was no longer made and it was defective, that's why they don't make it anymore. Seens how they couldn't get the shingles to repair it they had to replace it. They came in, they did it, no problems. Everything was fine, they did everything they said they were going to do. They didn't try to up-charge or anything else. It took about 2 months for them to get started but most of that was my fault because I kept asking questions and getting quotes. They had a heavy load, trying to do 30, 35 houses all at once. They cleaned the yard, the swept the driveway and all around the house with magnets to make sure they got all the nails and stuff up.

For roofing, I used Kruennan. I had my roof replaced in September due to storm damage.
