Fast Lane Mechanical

They stunk big time. They came out claimed the fixed it ran it once and then left when i ran it the second time my dish washer was still leaking. Then they came bck tinkered with it or jerry rigged itbwhatever ran it once and when i told them to run it a second time because thats when it will leak they said they didnt have time and left and low and behold the second time it was leaking again. It is like they just rig it long enough to get thru the test run and then leave and the second time whatever they rigged up comes undone after the cirst run so the second time u run it u back at square one. I do not recommend u using fast lane mechainical at all

They came out and found out what was wrong with my hot water heater. I had to call them to find out when they were coming to fix the problem. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and they asked if I could have one of my elderly neighbors to come let them into my house so they could do the repair. I get off work at 3:30 but was told that was too late for them to come. They are very hard to work with and very unorganized as far as scheduling repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This did not fix the problem, and when I had another company out to take a look at it they told me that they put in reconditioned parts. The new company also told me that they should have never even tried to repair the old unit.
