You have to stay on them to get them to do anything. If I hire anybody I don't want to have to stand there and tell the people what to do and I felt like nothing would get done with them if I didn't do that. When I bought the house there was a repair that needed to be made and the agent got somebody out there. He didn't know what he was doing or didn't have the equipment and messed something up. I couldn't move into my house for a month because of that. I think it was because the realtor was just trying to save a couple of dollars. I'll never use them again. I think they charged about 7% of the selling price.
