I stopped using them because there are so many lawn services in my area and as much as I did use them, there were times that I was not always happy with their services. I dealt one-on-one directly with their owner quite often about having some extra work done. In the beginning he was very attentive, but after being with him for almost two years, he started trailing off. It became difficult to get him to show up, but it hadn't always been that way. There's been times where he was excellent and he went out of his way, but then there were other times toward the end when I needed some Fall cleanup work to get done and I had to have them come back because they didn't do a good job. It just got to where I always had to say something about him doing something. There are so many providers in our area to choose from and I've gone through several since then, but I think I've settled on someone since.
