Outstanding service. Bobby got our new water heater installed quickly. He and his assistant were professional and courteous. There was minimal disruption to our home while the work was being done. I keep his number on the refrigerator. I highly recommend Bobby Wilson Plumbing!

Very well, water heater was removed and replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Mr. Wilson took the old water and cleaned the work area before leaving.

Bob already had work scheduled ahead of me but he got here the same day and got it fixed. He was quick and very professional. He replaced a bad themocouple and cleaned the burner. I'll be calling him next time I need plumbing fixed.

Mr. Wilson came within a few hours of my phone call. He then called as he was getting close to my home to let me know he was on his way. Upon arriving, he immediately went to work assessing what was wrong, what parts he needed to complete the repair, and completing the repair. Within an hour my toilet was no longer leaking, flushed completely and easily, and was totally level. He could not have been more pleasant or professional and he removed all replaced parts, leaving no mess at all. I highly recommend him for any plumbing repair needed and will definitely call on his help whenever I need a plumber!

DID A GREAT JOB. HAD QUITE A BIT OF MANUAL LABOR AND WAS BY HIMSELF FOR THE DAY. HE DID IT HIMSELF RATHER THAN WAITING UNTIL ANOTHER DAY FOR HIS HELP TO COME DO IT.

We're originally from California, and Bobby Wilson is what I'd call a real southern gentleman. He fixed all the problems we had, and also provided an abundance of information on questions we had about future projects. His pricing was very reasonable, and he'll be my permanent choice for a plumber. He went out of his way to make a plumbing problem , if not enjoyable, at least endurable. I would recommend him to a anyone

Mr. Wilson was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very thorough and incredibly fair in his charges. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who truly had a customer service attitude and did not overcharge. That is a rare person to find. Every service call is excellent. Bobby's work ethic and business integrity goes hand in hand. Occasionally his daily workload will put him behind and once failed to advise he would be late. Don't let that discourage you. Instead, call and check on him. Once you meet Bobby, you will soon find out why he treats every customer as his only customer. I highly recommend using Bobby Wilson Plumbing!!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in having a professional come to my home to fix a problem. As stated above, this man showed excellent skill, did the work efficiently with no wasted time, and was very, very fair and reasonable in his charges. He did a great job, and I gladly recommend him. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Initial estimate and completion was much faster than we expected. We will definitely use Mr. Wilson's services again. He was also able to give us the name of another person, Colin Wilson, who tiled our upstairs bath.
