On Thursday Mr. Di Salvo did not come to my house, my wife called and left a message and he did not return our call until the following Sunday. When he returned our call he said his uncle died and he had family matters to attend to! We asked why he could not call us and let us know and he simply said he forgot. I asked when he would be able to get the work started and he said he would call next week to let me know. Again he did not call us, but last Friday he showed up unannounced at our door to deliver a sink and some supplies. He called my cell phone and asked for permission to enter my house with the item and I granted him permission. I shared my sympathies for his recent loss but told him I expected him to focus on getting the job done. Since then we have called him on several occasions and he has not returned our calls. I have sent him a registered letter terminating our agreement and asking for a refund - I have yet to hear back from him.
