Dan came out and conducted an inspection on my property about two month ago. He conducted a thorough and complete inspection and noticed several minor issues with the residential property we purchased. He noticed things on the furnace, roof, and other items that proved he was thorough in inspecting the details of the home. He sent the report within two days which is what he originally told us. Charged approximately $350 for a 1600 sq ft house.
