A Touch Of Class Cleaning Service

I paid for an Angie's List deal to try out new cleaners with the hope of hiring a company for regular service. This company gave conflicting dates / day when trying to initially schedule and conveniently responded after the fact so no services were performed. They also have never responded to voice messages. They took the money for the deal but three years later have yet to perform the services even with Angie's List informed me that they interacted with the provided; a fact that she denies. Two profiles exist for the same cleaner - the name on this company is the name of the woman that initially responded to my scheduling. She has responded to a BBB response but still never responded to me or to the realtor who contacted her after the complaint was filed.

I have used this service for several years, and until recently, they were fine. The last two cleanings, I asked for my blinds and baseboards to be cleaned, and neither were cleaned during either visit. I could still see cat hair on the baseboards and dust on the blinds. Also, for the last cleaning, I asked that several pieces of upholstery be vacuumed, and this was not done either. I informed the owner, Cynthia, about these problems, and even though she knew I was not satisfied, she charged me an extra fee for deep cleaning after the first visit, and offerred no discount for the last visit in which the upholstery was not vacuumed. I am now using another Angie's List cleaning service.
