A Bath Haven

Everything went fine.  He did a good job.  A couple of months after it was completed, the tub faucet came off and the cover.  The doors to the bathroom were not put on properly.  So I called him and he came to look at it and said he would come back to fix it.  He said that the cover wasn't sealed properly and he had to let it dry for 24 hours.  The doors would not close properly or lock, as they did before.  I called him and he never came back or responded to me.  I have not heard from him since.  We have left messages and even contacted his worker we had contact information for.  He said he would see Dylan the next day and relay the message.  I waited a few days and still have heard nothing thus far.  We thought long and hard about submitting this review, I just want this situation rectified.

I was in a hurry to get my bathroom floor and shower tiled before the holiday. Another Angie's list reviewed provider in our area, who is a friend or family member of Dylan the owner of a bath haven referred us since he was unavailable. I will need to update my review when I find the name of the other company since I assume they will be just as unprofessional. The first day, they began working as soon as we agreed upon work and price. Since It was a rushed project, he was supposed to bring the contract the next day which would include all work done and his standard 2 year workmanship warranty. 2 days after the job was finished our grout started turning a very dark color in certain spots. I called Dylan and he confirmed what I had researched online, the grout was not mixed properly and the would need to be removed and replaced. After constant calling and texting him he finally got back to us about a month later and promised he would come by and fix the grout and bring the contract.... Never happened. Now he is totally avoiding us and will only answer our calls if it comes from a different number. I had no problem giving him a second chance to resolve this but seems he would rather a bad review. I felt comfortable using his company because he is very professional and convincing when we talked to him. He also had a A+ BBB decal on his work vehicle.. I will soon find out if it was a scam since my next bad review will be with them. I wanted a company to do this project so I would have the piece of mind of a warranty in case anything was done wrong, which I'm sure there are going to be many more improper installation issues that arise. But now, I'm realizing I could have saved money and headaches by doing the same rushed mediocre work myself. Please save yourself the problems and go with a different company in the area.

During the end of December and early January we had Dylan Parish ( A Bath Haven) redo our son's bathroom and install a tile back-splash in our kitchen.  We researched his company on the BBB website, Angie's List, and got a positive recommendation from a neighbor who had used Dylan to do a job recently.

He and his crew did a great job.  They started on time, were punctual, and cleaned up prior to leaving each day.  Dylan took his time with us during the planning stages.  He offered many helpful suggestions, was patient with our many questions, and educated us as to the do's and don'ts of each project. 

We are extremely pleased with the results, will definitely use Dylan on any future projects, and highly recommend him to others.

All three jobs went as planned. 

The masterbath remodel was the biggest job.  He coordinated all the contractors - electrical, plumbing, etc.

I rate all three jobs an 'A'
