Summer is an excellent agent. She took us to see several homes and was very responsive to what we did and didn't like about each of them. She then helped us narrow our search down to two and took us back to see each a couple of times so we could make a final decision. She was very helpful through the whole process and gave us great recommendations for the other services we needed.

She is really good. She has been really, really nice. She is very informative and very sharp. I know what to look at for some things when we are walking around looking at houses. She will point out other things. She has good ideas on what things cost to fix and change on major stuff like replacing the air conditioning or doing this or that. Her ballpark numbers are usually right on.
