I had HVAC power solution from ocean springs replace my outside and inside AC unit. and had them replace my hot water heater when it failed. I spent approximately $6.500 in total. I tried to be a loyal customer to this company. I really am not one to complain or write reviews and maybe I just caught this company at bad times each and every time I called but my overall experience has not been good. Their online reviews look good and Charlie the tech or owner seems to be a nice guy, but that is not the point. This has been my experience with them. Perhaps it will help someone else. Initially the AC install went well and things were fine until last year, On a very hot day the sheetrock on my bedroom ceiling was soaked with 10-15 gallons of water when the AC pan in the attic flooded. About 10-15 gallons spilled over the rim of the pan and dripped through the ceiling and down the wall and spread across the floor. A huge mess that destroyed some important documents and photos. I immediately called HVAC power solutions but they said that they were to busy to come out to address my emergency. I had to call another company. The company that came out found the problems HVAC power solutions made. The failure and water was caused by a faulty pan switch that this company used, and the fact that Charlie the tech/owner, cut the secondary AC drain line and never hooked it back up after he did the install. Even though, he promised to come back and do this, he never did. They never installed a PVC T valve that would allow the line to be cleared in the event that the line was ever clogged. This all directly contributed to the damage that happened to my home. When HVAC power solutions did come out, Charlie seen all the damage and assured my that they would come out and replace the sheet rock. Numerous calls and texts trying to schedule the repair failed because they were too busy. This went on for many months. In fact, my bedroom ceiling is still unrepaired and as I look at it still unrepaired almost a year later, it is irritating to say the least. I had to have another company repair the hot water heater relief valve Hvac power solutions installed. Please be aware that even if you save some money on install using HVAC power solutions , know that if you have a serious problem afterwards, you are pretty much on your own. When you call about your problem, your concerns will be noted by whom ever answers their business phone, but nothing ever gets done about it. . I called, I text to no avail. If you use this company, be sure to get everything they promise you in writing, including that they will repair any damage that they cause. Get at least 3 quotes before you get their quote. When they quoted me on my hot water heater replacement , it was 1,500 cash or 1,800 if I used a check or credit card. This is ridiculous pricing. I told Charlie I had already been quoted by two other companies at 1,100 total. He did match their price but if I had not got the other quotes, HVAC power solutions would have charged me 700 dollars more than their competitors. 3 days after the install, water began leaking from the hot water tank relief valve. At this point I have pretty much lost trust in this company and I am not chasing behind HVAC power solutions to keep their promise and do the right thing. The saying " CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER" and "SERICE AFTER THE SALE" still hold true today. Pay a little more for a company that takes care of their customers and keeps their promises and customers for life. Ray Nelson
