Contractor came out to do the estimate. The price changed three times because he did not know how to do simple planning and estimating. Once on scene, it took twice as long to do the pour than he had told us. We had a hard time getting ahold of him at times as well. His workers crushed, broke, moved and poured into the pipes that we had laid out for plumbing. The slab cracked after only two days of having it laid and his crew left a huge mess of empty drink bottle and trash everywhere. I would never use him again.
