It originally was going very well, I had used her for a long time. Here recently her quality of work had deteriorated. I am no longer satisfied with her services.

We tried. Too many times! Received an estimate, had her clean the house the first time and were underwhelmed. Basic cleaning items were missed, even though we were told they would be done. Spoke after the cleaning, lots of excuses and reasons, most of which "were our fault." So, after one failed attempt we tried another time. It was a little better - so we did a few more. Then we noticed some of the cleaning which were 3 hours (she uses herself and one other person) we saw they were in and out in 90 minutes (we have an alarm system which shows people coming and going on all doors.) 
We discussed it with her, it improved once. Then when we asked for the items to be completed as originally promised, we had the price raised on us! And that's it, we ended it there.
She also told me she expect $35 an hour ($75K annually!) Then she pays the person that works with her a percentage. We've lived in major metro areas and NEVER paid that much!
Overall, best to look elsewhere. She is very nice, but overpriced and poor quality cleanings. There are many providers who will actually clean and charge a reasonable rate. Not surprisingly, it seems we arent the only people on here (now reading some of the more recent reviews) that have had similar issues. Choose at your own risk!

It went great!  Elizabeth was efficient and left the house shiny and smelling great.  I will continue to use her service on a regular basis.

I was very pleased with this service.  The owner came by to do a pre-inspection and to give an estimate, and they came back within a week to do the job.  They were very thorough and I wish I could have afforded to have them come back on a monthly basis!  Overall a very good job and I would hire them again.

Elizabeth was very professional. Great quality. Very dependable. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth and her assistant showed up on time. I left them there with my two large dogs. I returned a few hours later to find a house that looked and smelled clean! I was very happy with the service. I plan on using them once a month.

She is very through - very well groomed and quiet. Does exactly as you ask her to do

in an efficient manner. She will be coming to my home on a regular bases as need be.

We just got a new maid and she is good. The price is decent. I don't use anybody so I don't know, but it is fair. The quality was just good. She was having trouble with her stupid smart phone and I had a hard time getting in touch with her because of her phone. She lost all of her data and everything, so I just very nicely, like a retired school teacher, said that paper and pencil really work. Other than that, she is very responsible. That was the big problem I found because of her smart phone. I would probably use her again.

Elizabeth, responded immediately via Angie's List email to let me know she had gotten my message. She then called the next morning to set up a time to provide me an estimate. Elizabeth then realized she used to clean the same townhouse for it's previous occupant, and offered a price to clean over the phone. We set a time and she showed up with another girl a few minutes late, but had sent a text letting me know she was running behind. She and her assistant cleaned my home from top to bottom, and I was very satisfied. She is now cleaning my home regularly. Thanks Elizabeth.

Good. Having more cleaning done

Lloyd's Home Services did excellent work again.

Against my better judgment I did not draft a contract on the entire job in advance. I bought the moulding, but the project moved so slow given the amount being paid hourly. Only half the job ghot done. The work done was good; the price charge sucked. Only half the project got done at an excessive rate. I base this on earlier quotes received from other contractors I should have used.

We called Mr. Lloyd for an estimate for a large deck and to replace an outside door. He was back to us in a timely manner with all the information for the project we needed to make a decision. He did a very good job for us on this project, so we are using him for other projects.

Elizabeth did an excellent job. She was friendly, prompt, professional and very good at her job. She had all the right equipment for the job and in the time of 2 1/2 she did everything I asked plus more!

He's fabulous. He's honest, he gave an honest price and did a great job.
