I hired a door mechanic that actually knew what he was doing and discovered that the repairman from Doors and More apparently knew little of what he was doing. The reels were improperly installed and misaligned along with generally sloppy work. I would not hire this firm to install a doggy door let alone a garage door. They do not honor their warranty for work misperformed and certainly are not customer friendly.
