"We did come back out and inspect the work the area we fixed it was not the area that was leaking the second time you were informed of this and that the stucco on the side of the house was rotted and needed to be repaired in order to fix the leak. The area that we came out and fixed was taken care of is not leaking and it’s a completely different issue that’s causing your problem now. The stucco going down that side wall where it goes from roof to siding needs to be removed replaced and re-flashed. I also sent another person out a third time and you were not home and they inspected the work agreeing with what I said."
