SOUTHERN HOUSING AT NETTLETON

The provider sells mobile homes. They talk a good game but their follow through is lousy. We had a leak in the roof where the third section connected to the first two sections and instead of fixing the problem, they came out several times and put silicone on the roof. They had new people setting up the mobile homes who did a shoddy job and we were told by Sunshine Homes that they didn't set it up right. Unfortunately, Sunshine Homes would never own up to telling me and my sister-in-law this. We finally had to have a new roof put on our two year old home at our expense because they would not fix it and we could not risk getting mold in the home. Southern Housing and Sunshine Homes played the blame game with neither wanting to take responsibility.  However, since Southern Housing was responsible for setting up the home, the leaky roof should have been their responsibility. Also every repair that was needed in the home had to be redone by my brother or nephew because of the shoddy workmanship from the people who they sent to fix it. Their brick layer that they had nailed holes in the vinyl siding and they said they were not responsible for that either. Seems that they were not responsible for anything once they got the money in their hands.
