 + -1 moreThey showed up on time, took measurements, did not give us quote for the job. We were not sure exactly what we could do, but we knew what we wanted as the end result. What struck me funny was, Mr Williams stated that his men do not like doing concrete work. It involved jack hammering a 5 x 5 section. They left and we never heard from them again. We never contacted them either.
Description of Work: Mr. Williams and another man came out to see what we wanted done to our carport.

 + 0 moreThis company is incredibly professional, timely, and by the book. They showed up to do a site inspection the same day we contacted them. They kept us updated with the process from start to finish, including any hang-ups in obtaining the building permit. The crew showed up every morning and worked until there was no daylight left. The price was fair and the job was superb. I highly recommend Jay-37 for your contracting needs.
Description of Work: We needed our roof repaired. After Hurricane Katrina we switched from shingled to metal roofing. Furthermore, over the back room was an upper deck, so the roof was not pitched. Over time, the metal under the deck had rusted and rotted through. This made it leak every time there was heavy rain. Jay 37, came to inspect and provide an estimate. The original plan to extend the 2nd story roof outward over the deck,-- thereby making an enclosed sunroom--, was denied permit. So, they crew went directly to solving the problem in a manner that was within ordinance. They tore down the deck, removed the metal roofing over the area, erected a pitch, and then laid down a more durable form of metal roof.
