Salesperson incorrectly identified my address as an area served by Cable One. The installer arrived very early in the appointment window (12:00 to 16:00) and informed me that there was no cable within three miles of my house. Installer was very pleasant and profession. His attitude prevented the situation from being any more frustrating. Total cost to me was 4 hours off work and personal aggravation.
