 + -1 moreI am very happy with the cable tv portion.
Description of Work: I have cable TV, Internet and phone through them. The internet is not what they advertise it to be. The speeds are ALWAYS half of what they have advertised. Which isn't horrible, but its certainly not great. But my phone has static almost daily. That gets terribly annoying. The two times I've had them out for this problem, it wasnt happening when they arrived. The tech did check and tighten all of the loose lines in the box, hoping that would take care of it, but it did not. In his defense, it is very difficult to troubleshoot something when it is not happening at the time, since its hard to tell when you've "found and fixed" the problem.

 + -1 moreSalesperson incorrectly identified my address as an area served by Cable One. The installer arrived very early in the appointment window (12:00 to 16:00) and informed me that there was no cable within three miles of my house. Installer was very pleasant and profession. His attitude prevented the situation from being any more frustrating. Total cost to me was 4 hours off work and personal aggravation.
Description of Work: Installer evalulated home site for installation of Cable One TV, Internet and phone.
