Left 10 messages by both myself and my ex-wife on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Ad sats 24 hour and emergency service. Total BS. No one has yet to return a call. Ended up digging up line and clearing myself on the following Monday after lower bathroom was flooded with grey water. Don’t bother with roto rooter.

Called the company to come fix and/or replace the faucet in our shower that had a leak. They came to our house, late in the day, and started "working" on the faucet by taking it apart, thus rendering the shower unusable. Once it was apart, they informed us that they didn't have the right stuff with them to complete the job, and they would have to come back the next day. They left, and our leaky shower was now completely unusable. The next day came, and they did not. I called them close to closing time to see if they were still coming, to which they tell me that they're not coming because they can't fix my shower. He tells me "That's not what they do." AFTER they had already came out and tore apart my shower faucet. They weren't even going to call to let me know this. VERY unprofessional. Even though we had used them for digging water lines before, with no problems, this unprofessional act resulted in us never calling them again.

When working on the septic lines, They were prompt and professional. Used back hoe type of equipment and did the job without disturbing the surrounding flower beds. Cleaned up and was finished in a timely manner; however on another occasion we called them it help replace a shower faucet unit. They told us that they normally didn't do that kind of work, but they would come close to the end of their work day. They came out to the house only to realize they didn't have the right tools to do the job, and told me they would have to come back. They acted unprofessional this time because they never came back or called us to let us know what was going on, so when we called them, they told us that they can do jobs like that. I thought a phone call would have been nice.
