Handled all services within the 40-45 minute estimate. Nothing serious with the check engine light, they explained the reason it may go on. all services rendered with professionalism******************update***************I returned to the business approx 1 week later with a knocking sound, did not know if it was related to services rendered on the previous visit. (it was not) They diagnosed my problem as muffler gasket and another part and provided me with a printed estimate for service. I set up a monday morning visit, and had to change my shift at work to do so. When I arrived, they had me go park and wait. Ed came out (the employee who advised he would have the parts ready when I arrived) and let me know that his boss would not allow him to work on my vehicle. I was never really told why, but was referred to a muffler shop, which I would have gone to last week, if I was told they could not do the job. Ed said, well, the boss wasnt here when you came last week, I said we could do it. Well, he couldnt. Bottom line, I will not return with this unprofessional employee and wasting my time when I could have gotten the job done last week and not missed work. How can they give me an estimate and not be able to do the job? If you are unprepared to do this kind of work, you should be honest and not lead a customer on. I would have gone elsewhere, and still been happy with the company.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. I couldn't have been more pleased. NOT ALL locations are good, but the Meridian, MS location is a great service center!

Excellent service. Have been using them for my auto maintenance needs since 2003. They keep you informed of any possible problems and met you make the decisions. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The price for their services can't be beat.
