I placed the call the same day and got same day EXCELLENT service and education on my home unit! My thermostat had to be replaced and not only did he replace it he allowed me to run an errand and he came bk the same night and fixed it!! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
