House AC was not cooling (verified input and output temps were the same 75 degrees).  Called Comfort Air at 11am, they promised to be here by noon and arrived at 11:45.  Tech stayed long enough to answer questions, discuss all options including full system replacement (at my request - my system is about 15 years old).  He went to the attic to check on furnace, saving me another service call.   I know how much to budget for the full system replacement in 6-18 months.  I know how much a future repair or service call will cost because they use "Straightforward Pricing" and it's all spelled out on the contract.

It was one that we needed for the size of this house. The old a/c stopped working. We’ll definitely use them again because I’m sure that they told me this when they installed our new system but I must have missed it. They come out quarterly, clean this thing, and check it. When we got it, they were offering like if there were percentage for three years, we’ll have it pay off before any interest even heads on this thing.

I like their reputation, first of all.  Last summer was a nightmare, I could not swim in my pool, my AC unit went out and I had a water leak in my house.  I called Comfort Air and they were able to give me a unit in just a couple of days.  I think it was three days which is not bad because we have a second AC unit but it is not enough.  There is no charge for the servicing of my AC, it is part of the package.

They were able to accommodate my schedule, arrived on time, and completed the work quickly.
