The repair work was fine. I also had him look at another job that was going to take more time than he had that day. He said he was going to work up a quote but I never heard back from him.

I have used Steve Burges of Burges Plumbing many times, and he has never disappointed me. He came out the climbed upstairs and looked at old unit. He then drained out water of old water heater and went to purchase a quality Reems unit. Because original heater was not done by a certified plumber, the connections and lines had to be rerouted and redone. Took him over 3 hours. Was very pleased.
