Wayde Gilbert Furniture Repair & Delivery

Wayde and his crew of two additional men arrived on-time and got right to work shrink wrapping everything to keep things from getting bumped and scratched. Additionally, we did NOT have to clear out drawers. They shrink wrapped the outside of dressers, etc., so they wouldn't tip out and saved much time and energy for the rest of us! His crew was hard-working and quick. In fact, I had a problem keeping up with them as the house was in complete disarray and upon occasion, we changed our mind about what to take. One of the men on Wayde's crew had a fabulous sense of humor that definitely cut the tension and frustration! Not only did they move furniture to the new apartment, but some of it didn't work, so it had to be moved back and replaced with smaller furniture. Once that move was completed, they packed up more furniture and boxes and proceeded to move it to another location. They worked straight through until approximately 9-9:30 pm. They would not take a lunch break nor did they stop for any reason until they were completely done. We only had one problem: the television cabinet door had a hinge that pulled away from the wood. I called Wayde and he returned another day that was suitable for my parents and repaired it. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided!

Very good. Knew what they were doing and had the right equipment for the job. Very professional and pleasant attitude. Worked very hard and tried to do a quality job without any delaying. Very hard workers.

The back of a dining room chair I was sitting in cracked and came loose from the legs and bottom. It didn't come apart completley but was wobbling and was unusable. Wayde picked up the chair, repaired it at his shop, and returned it to my home. It is now very stable with no wobbling at all.

Punctual, careful with furniture, professional.

He works quite a bit with antique furniture but he will also move your furniture for you. I have used him repeatedly for about a six year period. If I need something on a particular day but he is already busy, he’ll usually try to fit me in. He calls me when he is on the way over from the other job; his communication is fabulous. They have never damaged any of my furniture. He has a reasonable hourly rate and he is considerably less per hour than the other companies I’ve called. I highly recommend him.
