 + -1 moreExcellent. Kevin was thorough and stayed late into the evening to fix the problem. When the standard parts did not fit he returned the next day with custom pieces to get the job done right. He stuck to his original estimate the entire time even though the job went from one hour to six hours and turned into two trips to the hardware store. When I first moved into my home I had a home warranty. I went through them three times with plumbing problems (the same problem) and this was the first company that figured out what was going on, was professional, prompt and respectful. In the past four years I have discontinued the home warranty and simply call this company when I need the job done quickly and well.
Description of Work: The plumbing in this house is from 1945. For three years the upstairs shower drained poorly. I called the company I preferred (this one) and they were there promptly. The plumbing setup was interesting enough that a tool was lodged in the wall and unable to be retrieved. We had to enter through the kitchen ceiling (I approved this because the kitchen was next on our list). The plumber, Kevin, was so intrigued by the improper layout of my system that he photographed it for his friends. He then installed a new up-to-code drain system. His tool which lodged in the old system was destroyed and he did not charge for this. The standard drain which he quoted a price for did not fit -- he did not charge for the special fitting he had to obtain. I now have new plumbing in our upstairs bathroom.
