Excellent. Kevin was thorough and stayed late into the evening to fix the problem. When the standard parts did not fit he returned the next day with custom pieces to get the job done right. He stuck to his original estimate the entire time even though the job went from one hour to six hours and turned into two trips to the hardware store.
When I first moved into my home I had a home warranty. I went through them three times with plumbing problems (the same problem) and this was the first company that figured out what was going on, was professional, prompt and respectful. In the past four years I have discontinued the home warranty and simply call this company when I need the job done quickly and well.
