Went well. usual good job cleaning the carpets since it was 3 years ago. You should change the date field so that an approximate date can be entered.

I had one 11ftX11ft wool rug,  one 12ftX8ft silk rug and one 8ftX4ft silk rug that badly needed to be cleaned.  I had used them before and was pleased with the results.  I took my rugs in (pick up & delivery are extra).  They looked them over, let me know what stains could and couldn't be removed, and when I could pick them up. They had them ready when and  as promised and were able to remove all the stains except the set in food coloring stain. They even removed stains they thought they wouldn't be able to get out.  I was more than pleased.  Their work is the best.  They are honest about what can and can't be done and how long it will take.  I brought my rugs back home and was completely happy with how good they looked. These rugs were not just dirty but, filthy from a house with pets, and 2 working adults neither of whom use the vacuum as often as they should.

Picked up and cleaned a badly soiled rug.  Returned rug and placed it back in my den. Did excellent job and were very courteous.

He was on time,measured carpet which then gave me the price,which was $200.00. I believe he said it was around 1900 sq, feet. Then went right to work. Don't remember how long it took. It was finished promptly I inspect the work paid him and he left.

Steve and Ed called me when they were on their way and arrived withn the 2 hour window agreed upon when we made the appointment.  We walked through the house so I could show them what needed to be done, they measured the areas and gave me an estimate.  I added scotch guarding he added it to the estimate and we agreed so they began the work.  We are very pleased with how good the carpet works and will continue to use Moores Carpet Care for our future carpet and upholstry cleaning needs.

The company does a fabulous job. They are the best in town I think.

Workers arrived on time, where very professional, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Customer service and prices where very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work they provided and would not hestitate to hire them again.

Moore's Carpet Care arrived at my house on time to clean the carpet in my home.  They inspected the carpet and provided an estimate prior to starting the job.  I agreed to the terms; therefore, they began the work.  There were some areas that were heavily stained and they were able to remove the stains.  I was very pleased with the company, and I plan on using them in the future.

It was the best customer service experience received since moving to the State of MS. The Provider didn't miss a beat with their services. The appointment making process was quick and easy. Appointments were available that met my working schedule. The crew was on time, knowledgeable, quick and no nonsense. They moved and replaced furniture and was in and out within an hour. I could have done this on my lunch break. When completed the carpets looked new. The carpets were dry within 5 hours. We waited until the next day before walking on them. Moore's Carpet Care, Inc. was the Best!
