I have been using Keith (owner) to groom my two Shih Tzu's for almost 10 years. I have a 13 year and a 2 year old. They go every week for maintence. They are taken care of from head to toe. My two dogs know when it is friday morning. They are waitig at the door, ready to go. THey have always been excited to see Mr. Keith and Mr. Ira. They give personal attention in a caring manner to all their dogs. Mine are washed, clipped and hair is brushed out. THey keep everything done from clipped nails to clean ears. They both have long silky hair. Over the years I have seen all types, shapes and breeds of dogs there. Each one getting special care. They use high quality products that are best for your pets. I would recommend them over and over again. They are like family.

Went well, no issues at all. In fact, there was another dog who was a bit more intimidating than our mild mannered Sheltie and the groomer made sure to keep them far away from each other to lessen our pups stress.

If your pet is seriously ill bring it to another vet and get a second opinion. I still feel guilty about not following my instinct and putting my pets through the suffering just to save money.

I drop GingerBelle at around 9 am. I pick her back up between 12 and 1. If it is a day I have an oppointment she may stay later in the day. She is always greeted and never hurried. She feels very at ease.

They did an excellent job. Linus smelled great his coat conditioned and silky smooth and straight considering it has a tendancy to be wavy; he was not shaking or nervous either time and I noticed the other dogs weren't barking or crying either. Their establishment was clean and smelled nice. They only accept cash so I must remember to always bring cash. I would recommend they at least take debit cards.
