The company did an excellent job on all aspects of the construction. They tore out the old carpet and even sanded off old paint on the concrete floor to make sure the new hardwood floor would bond right. They replaced rotted wood on the second floor bathroom due to a leaky toilet and even fixed the toilet. They did a great job in installing the new wood floor and everything else.

Mr. Springer, the owner of the company, is adamant that the job be done right. His three man crew are extremely hard working and also want to make sure the job is done correctly. The crew cleaned up the work space every day they were here.

Mr. Springer provided me with estimates as the job progressed, and his prices were extremely reasonable considering the high quality of his work.

I am considering building a new house, and Kalos is the company I would use to build it.

tWork began when expected. Workers were always on time and worked steadily throughout the day. They always cleaned up at the end of the workday and did not leave a mess.
Job was completed on tim and on budget without surprises.
We have been extremely satisfied with the new addition.

The project started in April and due to what was involved went about 8 weeks. Sid and his crew are very professional and committed to getting things right. They were on sight every day (5 days/week) and Sid was also present inspecting the work usually several times a day. The subcontractors that did the dry wall, brick work, cabinet work, electrical and painting were also well managed. Sid required a couple of things to be reworked that were not up to his standards. The punch list we generated about 4 weeks after completion was also handled in a very timely manner and all issues resolved to out satisfaction.

I would recommend Kalos in that the commitment to getting it done and done right is better than my past experience with other contractors that start more than one project and are not there every day. I have talked to Sid several times since the completion and he has come by a couple of times to answer questions.

Not the cheapest but the best. Extreme integrity, perfectionist. Can get mad but gets over it fast. Thorough. Honest.

We got 3 estimates on our remodel and chose Kalos because we felt Mr. Sid instilled confidence in us regarding his ability to do this renovation in a professional and timely manner. He came to our home, gave us an estimate on the cost and time required to finish the project. They started when he said they would and finished in the estimated time period. He and his workers were on the job every day when they were scheduled, without fail, and were extremely professional at all times. His workers were courteous, respectful, quiet, and never, ever used fowl language. They never raised their voices and did not play loud music. He and his workers were always considerate of your home life and your schedule. They were respectful of your property and cleaned the job site on a regular basis. When they finished the job, all debris was removed and our property cleaned The entire renovation was an overall pleasant experience (excluding the dust) and looks like it has been a part of the house forever. Mr. Sid wrote up a detailed contract and we paid in 3 installments. The final payment being when they were completely finished and we were satisfied with the entire project. Our experience with Kalos Inc. was so positive we are planning a kitchen renovation for the near future.
