Great! Exceptional work!

The company was highly recommended and I am so glad I decided to call them. My first contact was with Randy, who came out, looked at my roof, provided details as to it's condition and gave me a detailed estimate. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Bob, who came out to do a walk through to determine what materials were needed to complete the job. Randy and Bob were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. I asked a lot of questions, debated about shingle colors and upgraded to architectural shingles two days before the start of the project. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the process and they began the job a few days earlier than scheduled. That was great because I wanted t get it done ASAP. Both days (project took 1 1/2 days to complete), the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and Bob came also to ensure everything was going well. When the work was complete, the lead roof man informed me they were finished and asked me to come look at it. I noticed the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. Bob came shortly afterwards, inspected the roof, walked around with me and answered questions. Last night, Tuesday, 02-23-2016, my new roof was tested by the strong winds and rain, and I am happy to say NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT!!! MANY THANKS TO RANDY, BOB AND THE CREW !!!!! I plan to utilize House Works' services in the near future for other repairs and fix-up projects. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSE WORKS!!!!!

Met them after my roof and a tree limb got into a fight.  The roof lost.  They replaced the roof and fixed the rooms where the damage had occurred  That was an insurance job.  During the fixing of my back bedroom, .  they found unrelated damage.  Their work was outstanding, relatively quick and the price was fair.
Jeff was wonderful in the initial visit.  I was a wreck and he has a very calming demeanor.  Their sub contractors are outstanding and I cannot say enough good about these guys and their service.  I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

House Works LLC were very prompt by coming when they said they would come, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very professional, their price was fair and their quality is so good. They gave me a detailed print out of the work and had a consultant go with me to stores to help me coordinate the materials I used. They treated me like I really mattered.

I had house damage and hours works came highly recommended. They came quickly and responded to the phone calls. By the time the work was supposed to happen........NOTHING. They followed through on only one part of the project and that was after 2 weeks of waiting and several phone calls. When I called to complain my response from Houseworks was "part of this is your responsibility". I didn't like being told that the building and fixing was my responsibility. I pay my insurance and I called the right people that is where it ends when you hire someone. You don't go to a barber and cut your own hair.

It was so easy. I met with the guys and discussed the estimate, picked my shingle color, and they took care of everything from there. After the job was finished we walked around and checked the finished product and they asked if i had any questions. At which time we settled up and have sinced used them for small things around the house.

They were on time and within my budget.

The quality was good.

One of the roofers accidentally fell through our ceiling.  House Works immediately repaired the damage.  They also encountered a problem with the way our builder had built our chimney.  It was uncovered while replacing the roof.  They were able to quickly resolve the problem and saved us multiple repairs that would have been required in the future.  Had they not found the problem and fixed it, we would have lost the chimney within the next few months when Katrina hit the area. House Works stands behind their work, no matter who does it.  I will always use them for any house repairs I need.

They were very responsive and professional. When I need future work I'll call them first.

Bad service.  Over charged for many items they did not even complete.  Inaccurate billing.  Houseworks favors the insurance company, not the homeowner.  I would never use this company again.

They was very pleased with the whole experience. They came and looked at the bathroom and talked with me about my expectations on design and costs. Withing 24 hours I recieved a line by line estimate for the job in my email and thehy also mailed a hard copy. I had some questions and they came over and reivew the estimate with me. We set a date for the start of the project and they arrived on time ready to go and did so through out the project. They laid down plastic sheeting to protect my flooring and clean up at the end of the day. The project manager came and review the work each day. I picked out my paint and fixtures and came in under budget on some of the items I picked and that was reflected in the final payment. They workers were professional in every way polite, well groomed and efficient. I have recommended them to several of my friends for their projects and the experience for them was the same. They were GREAT!

They have done great work for us.

It went very well. Their estimate was very detailed and timely. They did pass us around a bit at the beginning. One person came and did the estimate, then another person was assigned to us and then we were assigned a different person, when it came time to start work. Got confusing for a while there. They subcontracted a lot of stuff, like the plumbing and cutting of the granite, but they did oversee it all and their choices in these areas were terrific. During the big install the person who was working with us sent yet another person to work with us that day and he seemed a bit lost. He was really unsure of what he was there for, so I had to help him a bit more than I expected. The end result was excellent. They did not exceed expectations, but certainly met them. Also, we were very happy that the final bill came in right around the estimate. No surprises in the cost, which was much appreciated.
