Slow and expensive...my opinion.

It took them a year to do it. They came 4 or 5 times but still couldn't fix one leak in a gutter. They're awful. They were nice enough. They promised that they would come and fix it. It took them about 5 times to stop a gutter leak. It's leaking now. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I had gutters and downspouts installed due to some issues I've been discovering over the past year with my foundation. Unlike another local company I was attempting to do business with, Gutter Masters was efficient and responsive throughout the entire process -- beginning with my initial contact with the company. Not only was I provided with a quote within a fair amount of time but the rep, Cary Phillips, came back out to my home when I expressed that I'd like to speak to someone concerning all the questions I had (given the amount of money and investment, I wanted to make sure getting gutters installed would address ALL of the concerns I've been having with my foundation). On the day of the actual installation the workers were scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. By the time I arrived home to meet them around noon, they were finishing up! The color is perfect as well, which alleviates one of my initial concerns. Although I was originally set to go with another shade it  was the rep, Mr. Phillips, who suggested that the particular color I ultimately selected may blend better with my home -- and it does. Suffice it to say, so far I'm happy with the gutters and their service and have confidence that if any issues arise they will assist me just as efficiently.

.The work was done well and Quickly. My wife who found them, got the estimates and hired them, was for the most part very pleased with the work.  That  having been said they have a problem with communicating not only with my wife but between themselves.  They made changes in the scheduling and not only didn't inform her but didn't inform the crew.They also failed to inform us that the crew would be arriving late the next day, after calling the day before to schedule a first thing arrival .  After several changes they finally arrived and the work was speedily and correctly done. So far we have had no great rain, so I can't tell you if they work properly, YET.

Installed gutters on our house; were right on time and did what they said they would.  They used email effectively to communicate the scope of work and schedule.  I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters.

Excellent in all ways!! From fast initial contact and estimate until job completion, everyone on this team was professional and courteous. My gutter system is now state of the art and working great. The team showed me fascia boards that were rotted that stopped them from finishing the job. The Gutter Masters owner recommended a contractor who did an excellent job replacing the boards. After the boards were replaced, Gutter Masters came back within days and completed the job. A++++ all around.

Came out as promised and gave a very reasonable quote. Set up the install that afternoon and they came and put them up a couople of days later. Cleaned up after themselves and were finished quickly. Very happy with services and price.

They came out within 24 hours of my call and gave me a written quote for the gutters and a written plan of where the spouts would be and why. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and completed the project within the afternoon. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and I didnt have to be there while the work was done. An engineer friend, surveyed the work and said that they did a good job. I would recommend this company

See above. Took a while to get everything done but part of this was weather related.

Our old gutters were small, installed incorrectly (always drained into and over ends, not to downspouts.  They even put TV dish cable over gutter and not behind!! My bushes and plants were in great condition when done.

We contacted the company and got a prompt return on the estimate of the installation.  We scheduled the installation and they showed up that morning.  Installation went well and they cleaned up after themselves.  They even moved their truck to accomodate some other work being performed that day with no problem.
