The visit went very well! Dr. Janelle Priestas did a very thorough exam of Kenzie and she spent about 45 minutes in the room with us. They have an excellent pay as you go plan that they explain thoroughly and I was sent home with 4 pages of information about Kenzie's annual findings and what tests they performed. The only thing that I wished I'd asked for was to be in the room when they drew her blood work, trimmed her nails and did her fecal exam. Their procedure is to take them into the lab in the back to do that.

All services went well. Their surgeries went smoothly and I felt they were taken care of in a very loving way. The staff that saw my kittens did a great job of informing me of everything we needed to be on the lookout for in the first year. I did have some payment problems because of a new staff on the computer. She entered some things wrong that left me with a balance due (even though I had paid upfront for everything). It was all resolved though, and the staff were friendly while getting it corrected for me. Overall, I would recommend them. Good services at a reasonable price (without feeling like I was giving up on quality)!

I have been taking my dog here for quite some time and they are very good. My dog is comfortable with them and they are gentle with them. I really like them.
