The business was quick to get back with me regardng a technician coming to my address. When the tech arrived he was exceptionaly professional and handled all my problems with the outlets needing to be replaced and recovered and the electric switches being replaced for 2 rooms. Will definitely use them for any future electical work I will need.

The technician was on time and very personable.

The guys were all very nice and respectful. They did a good job. Showed up when they said they would. Explained everything to me on how to operate the generator. They do all kinds of electrical work as well. We will def use them for all our electrical needs. Lane and Jeremy were our technicians. They were awesome. Also, Freddie the gas guy was so nice and professional.

They never showed up or even picked up the phone after we had set up a date and time. I had asked for the day off from work and lost money that day to be able to receive them and they wasted my time and money. Horrible experience.

Advanced staff made contact immediately to address my concerns. Within a matter of an hour the electrician arrived and resolved the apparent faulty wiring he discovered. Very professional and informative gentleman. I will be contacting them for further services.

These guys are really good at what they do and my only complaint is the cost but I chose some under the cabinet lighting that apparently was very expensive.
